As Quality Manager, Ali is dedicated to ensuring RMAI’s testing and certification consistently meet the highest standards of excellence. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, Ali optimizes performance and enhances client satisfaction. Prior to working as Quality Manager, Ali worked as a Principal Technical Editor and Project Manager where she successfully completed more than five full V-model functional safety certification programs.

Ali graduated from Washington State University with a BA in English/Business and a certificate in Technical Writing. She is based out of San Antonio, TX.
